1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from Hamdye. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
• Customer need to pay delivery charges in case of order cancelled, return or exchange from customer side after placing order. 
• Order Cancellation Policy: If an order is cancelled by the customer after confirmation, any advance, booking, or partial payment made at the time of placing the order shall be non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos for quick resolution.
