Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from Hamdye. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Customer need to pay delivery charges in case of order cancelled, return or exchange from customer side after placing order. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or intimate apparel
  • Clearance sale or discounted items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos for quick resolution.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our support team to initiate a return request
  • Once approved, return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared
  • Products will be inspected upon receipt before approval

5. Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by Hamdye.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
