1. Shipping Coverage

Hamdaye currently ships products across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location, courier partner, and local serviceability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free-shipping offers will also be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, government restrictions, or natural calamities. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Consumer Protection & Legal Compliance (India)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Hamdye ensures fair trade practices, transparent shipping timelines, and prompt customer support. In case of non-delivery or unreasonable delay, customers may contact us for resolution or refund as applicable.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Hamdaye will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.
